All AAA and Major Baseball managers and all Softball managers will be required to umpire a minimum of 2 games during regular season. AAA managers will umpire Major games and Major managers will umpire AAA games. Attendance at the league umpire clinic is mandatory. Date for this clinic is March 27th at North Kitsap High School in the commons we will start at 9am a pizza lunch will be provided. Questions regarding this new policy can be directed to UIC
